Restaurant Gaude Stuv - Baabe

Nothing special of my guess. ordering a table was not possible. the carving was fried press meat, quite sweetly dressed. unfortunately I forgot to make a picture. are there because the reviews were promising - unfortunately I cannot confirm that. the service was flashy and polite.

A somewhat rustic guest house with connected hotel operation. A mixed menu with fish and meat dishes. The food there is quite tasty, there was nothing to complain about. The waiter was friendly, the service ok. Our dog was also welcome. Many hotel guests are here for dinner.

Very delicious food and super nice service. At the next Rügen stay we will definitely return:

Occasion: The “Gaude Stuv” in Baabe we found during the evening “Futtersuche” on the first day of our Baltic Sea holiday. We found the beer garden visually appealing and back. Tables up, chairs down. The waiter was as friendly as impersonal, that's okay. The food was once Zander with roast potatoes and wine-sing vegetables and once pork roasts with red cabbage and roast potatoes. Meat, red cabbage and host vegetables were all right. The Zander and the roast potatoes were completely taste-neutral. The roast potatoes were mild, bright and even the bacon had no taste. Shame on resources. Since I returned my roast potatoes to 90%, the waiter's question was whether everything was good. To my comment that the roast potatoes are a catastrophe, I got a vain suffering, grabbed plates and out. New guests come tomorrow, quality is overrated. We paid €44 each with a beer. Too much for the lack of quality.
