Dunkin' City Center - Baabda

Went yesterday with a friend and we ordered noodles with vegetables, it was a very bad experience. The smell was bad, the after taste was terrible, dry, i mean it's like it was cooked long before and was heated again. I don't recommend this place at all. The first time i tried Chopsticks was 3 or 4 years ago, i remember it was fine, not excellent though, but it was a place where you might decide to go to from time to time. Never again!

I used to frequently go there bas not anymore, the staff were rude AF and very unprofessional, I understand that I went 20 mins before closing, but professionally they shouldn’t initiate closing during working hours, and they sure as hell shouldn’t be rude and drive customers away during that period. Never stepping foot in any chopsticks branch ever again

I think the food looks good, the taste is average, not special, the price and food if not match

The soup was below average, it was not that tasty. The other dish was okay. Verdict: dont eat in chopsticks. It was my first time eating there, I heard my friend talking about it a long time ago and i was excited to try it. However i was disapointed with it.

Chopsticks was a go to but now it has become drastically horrible! To start with, cashier was rude and unfriendly. Second, we ordered take out (Chicken Noodles) from CityCenter, only to find out no cuttlery nor napkins, and the noodles is sticky and dry as well as the chicken terribly dry and it was definitely not fresh!!!!! Order was as if it was cooked months ago!!!!! Terrible experience. Also called to comment about not sending cuttlery and the employer was not helpful at all replying with “I don’t know” and no help at all. 0 customer service. 0 customer satisfaction. 0 food. Definitely lost 5 loyal customers.
