Palatial estate located in the Cigarral del Ángel, where they also celebrate events and weddings given the beauty of the place and the facilities. Perfect atmosphere and decoration, accompanied by the kindness of its staff. The completion of the passes takes place at a bar in the Sala, so you can see the great work of the kitchen. We chose the long menu, whose price is €170. The appetizers glimpses are snacks inspired by the traditional cuisine of La Mancha and the Toledo orchard. Mountain and sea cuisine. They are very copious and abundant in quantity, and the truth is that they are all impressive. It is difficult to start a menu better, also being faithful to its environment and tradition of the Ribera del Tajo. The passes of the main part are very seasonal, since we went in autumn and it is seasonal produce mushrooms, legumes, pine nuts, game dishes, etc. . All at a high level, although we were less surprised than the appetizers and desserts. Finally, the sweet part seemed sensational to us. Refreshing desserts with seasonal fruits, which perfectly combine the sweetness, acidity and textures typical of the end of a menu of these characteristics. As for the drink, we opted for the pairing option €100 but it seemed weak compared to the food. Next time we'll have a good bottle of wine. We went to celebrate a special occasion and it was definitely worth it.
