Chicken Express - Azle

I am totally with you guys I spend out of work over 60 dollars hard earned money on chicken was all slimy not cooked well I was polite about it employees showed me a sad attitude not taking care away

Never waited for food so long. Eat, no spoons for potatoes. People seemed more interested in walking around. A while before I come back

We drove to the car thru. The chicken had fat on the fat. We asked for salt pepper and got no and we got two napkins, 1 per person. The boneless chicken was cooked.

I never had so many experiences with a business for rude employees AND mgmt. The food is always great when I get my order. I have to look at my entire order before leaving because I have not received everything I ordered several times. Sometimes you drive thru, walkin and delivery. It seems like I visit every time, it's something.

I get that prices have gone up but from our usual $45 to now $73 only to find out at the pick up window that they are out of biscuits and cherry pie. Fine what ever. Then I get home to find they forgot my jalapeño ranch and the rolls are covered in some kind of dirty black stuff.
