Burger King - Azle

I had the pleasure of being served by Billy in the drive-thru, and he truly made my day! His exceptional people skills deserve recognition—he definitely deserves a raise. I would return just for another chat with him. Plus, the food is always great!

I spent five minutes at the drive-thru without even being greeted, and I saw that the car next to me was also waiting without any acknowledgment. So, I decided to go across the street to Subway, where I had my sandwich made and left before the drive-thru had processed two cars. When I left Subway, the vehicle behind me was still waiting to place their order.

Wow, what a difference in the food compared to a few months ago! Our burgers were hot and fresh, just like they were when Burger King first opened. The staff was fantastic and the service was quick. We will definitely be back!

We’ve come here in the evening and everything’s been great. However this morning that was not the case. I’m not sure who was working this morning but the older woman was so rude. My husband and I have never been in the morning so we did have some questions. The girl who took our order was nice but we could hear the older woman mouthing off in the background but we didn’t say anything. After we ordered and pulled up to the first window there wasn’t anyone there so we figured we were supposed to go to the second window. When we got to the second window the older woman started yelling at us from the first window to come back. Once we got there we apologized and said we didn’t see anyone there so that’s why we had pulled forward and she said “well yeah because I hadn’t gotten here yet” very rudely. We will gladly take our business elsewhere since your employees clearly don’t know how to talk to customers.
