The Bugle Horn - Aylesbury

We really liked the Bugle Horn, but I would advise against booking through OpenTable. They couldn’t find our reservation in their system, either by our name or their booking number, despite me having received a confirmation email. As a result, we ended up sitting at the bar, where we were left on our own. The food was rather cold, and they couldn’t accommodate us in the restaurant. We understand they were busy, but the staff didn't seem to be in a hurry, which dampened the overall experience a bit.

We enjoyed a delicious roast, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have to say that the pub offers friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. However, my partner became violently ill after dining there. She hadn’t eaten anything all night, so it’s likely something she had there that caused it.

Exceeded my expectations and as well as the food and service excellent the nice thing was the layout of the rooms to eat in because it wasn't one large room the noise level was fine which is a lot to be said these days
