The White Hart - Aylesbury Vale

We had dinner at The White Hart in Aylesbury which is a Wetherspoons pub. We like to use the Wetherspoons app to order from the table and it all went very smoothly this evening. We placed an order for food and drinks and the drinks were served first so that we could enjoy them while our food was being prepared. Our food was then served by Liam. I asked Liam his name so that I could mention him in this review for his outstanding customer service. He was polite, cheerful, very efficient and really helped to give us a great experience at the pub. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. We live in Hornchurch, Essex, but it would be worth the trip to Aylesbury just to dine at this pub and enjoy the excellent food, service and atmosphere. Well done to the team at The White Hart on Sunday 28th May!

Came to eat dinner in here today, 12th Feb early evening and the staff were rude to customers and the girl that took my food order put it through wrong. I had told her twice what I wanted, then when it came out the only thing on my plate that was hot was the chips and it wasn't busy either. I was not impressed, won't be back in a hurry.

What a pit of uncaring ineptitude! We were looking for somewhere better than the travelodge for a weeks work of breakfast and thought we’d give this place a go. We were wrong. With all the staff showing a resistance to work and one going out of her way to stick to their bar ordering rules instead of helping a customer with a knee injury, we had no choice but to leave, hobble up the hill and find glorious sanctuary in Roccoco. We never got to eat at The White Hart, Aylesbury, but having read the other reviews, I think we dodged a bullet. Fellow trippers: walk on, walk on.

When leaving the Gents toilet after washing my hands and using the dryer, One of the Bar staff left the cubicle and followed me out passing the sinks without stopping to wash his hands.After telling my wife about this we decided to leave and not order any more drinks. Will not be using that pub again.

White hart in Aylesbury is the worse wetherspoon pub . Food was overcooked tripping in oil, cold. My mum returned her food and was given a fresh plate but food was still overcooked and cold. My advise to everyone coming to white hart do not eat here.
