Costa - Aylesbury Vale

I recently visited Costa with my family and enjoyed a blueberry muffin paired with a chocolate brownie frappe. It was incredibly delicious! The service was outstanding and I highly recommend trying the chocolate brownie frappe.

We absolutely love this Costa location for its fantastic coffee and welcoming, laid-back vibe. The staff do an amazing job each day, despite the busy environment, always taking the time to greet you and make sure your order is promptly served. The new employees are highly trained and dedicated, quickly learning the ropes. The quality of their drinks is consistently delicious, and the team is always willing to assist in any way they can. It's impressive how they remember orders for their regulars, adding a personal touch to the experience. We highly recommend stopping by this Costa!

I ordered through the Uber Eats app this morning, and the process was very easy. However, I prefer weak coffee and was disappointed to only receive half a shot in a medium-sized cup. The app did not allow me to choose a weaker coffee option. I attempted to call Bedgrove Costa to address the issue, but the line was busy for five minutes straight, so I eventually gave up. Looks like I'll have to settle for a strong latte and endure the inevitable headache. A lesson learned about using delivery apps.

Today I came across a very abrupt male staff in costa , can’t believe how rude he was over a ketchup sachet as if I was asking for free stuff 10 pence loud in the lobby in front of all other person sitting, I have never come across the extreme of how I was talked at ….. you cannot Miss the male staff in connection he is rather a very large person He needs training of how to be polite and welcoming Shame on him

Just been in there and the man they have working in there spoke to me in such a nasty, degrading manner I don't think I'll ever be comfortable going back.
