Excellent cuisine! If you want to enjoy something very special, enjoy a 5-course menu with wine tasting!

For the approx. 900 km long journey from Switzerland to Sanzi Marina in Sneek, we were looking for an overnight stay halfway. with the weinhotel and weinrestaurant ayler kupp in ayl d, at trier, we landed a full hit. the hotel has exceeded all our expectations. we enjoyed the beautiful garden as well as the exquisite multi-course menu worthy of a star chef. on Tuesday and Wednesday the restaurant is closed. an early reservation of a table is recommended. the accommodation of guests and viticulture are apparently part of this operation for generations. Many of the excellent wines are offered at the hotel with glass, so that wine tasting is also possible in addition to the food. our favorite wine from the evening before our departure we could buy directly at the award-winning winery peter lauer in the neighboring house. we stayed in a pleasant modern room in the guest house next door, which offers disabled access to all rooms. we stayed at the hotel again and were looking forward to the journey from the depths to the night

Beautifully situated in the small town of Ayl. Very nice garden and also the restaurant or the breakfast room offer a great atmosphere with a decoration staged with love. You can also see the small, fine hotel that there has already been something in the years in some places, but that only insignificantly narrows the very good overall impression and also everything is accompanied by very nice, attentive and helpful staff.
