Linden's - Ayl

In 2008 we found the pension the restaurant linde more or less random and since then we have been so enthusiastic that we made it to the exit quarter for our hikes on the dream loop saar hunsrück. in the meantime we have been there for fifty times and have eaten only and always well in the evening, if not just a rest day, whether regional or seasonal preparations. there was a greeting to every dish from the kitchen that has never been repeated yet, although of course individual components have already appeared again. it is already very amazing and rewarding that at a place like ayl they can keep such a kitchen and wish that the offer will be sustained by plentiful use of the guests. we can highly recommend in every hinsicht pension and restaurant.

In linden is cooked ambitiously with fresh ingredients. there are both standard dishes as well as seasonal changing offers with some for a village restaurant unusual compilation and ingredients in excellent quality. the restaurant is a family run, it is gifted in-house saar weine. environment: tasteful/modern.
