I had a frustrating experience with my order placed through the app. They sent me a beef burrito instead of the bean burrito I clearly requested. I can understand if there was a mix-up with meat options, but how can you get it wrong when the name specifically says bean burrito? Overall, I would rate the food a 1 and the service a 1, but the atmosphere gets a 4.

I went in to order as usual. I sat down to eat, and not sure if the manager knew I was there, but she was screaming at employees talking negatively about an employee that walked out. My problem here is lack of professionalism and how she stood there and gaslighted a bunch of kids. I'll never go back here and be sure to take things to corporate to file a complaint. I was embarrassed to even be there. A manager is supposed to help employees and provide a safe workplace. Would give this place negative stars if I could, I understand it’s not necessarily the employees fault but I ordered through the app, 15 minutes after I orders they told me at the drive through they weren’t accepting any more orders, my food is already paid for, and they are prioritizing mobile orders. I was told it would be an additional 25 minute wait, meanwhile the workers are just smoking weed in their car. DO NOT COME TO THIS TACO BELL EVER.
