When pide is mentioned within the borders of Aydın, the flowing water stops, the best pita deviates from the road and you finally see the summit. Karacasulu Şafak Pide in Koçarlı became one of the pide shops that I deviated from the Aydın İncirliova road and have just tasted. Cand is a pide maker who does not use a roller and does not process onions, tomatoes and parsley in a smoothie consistency. It should be kept on hand. Shamishi is legendary, you change size after you eat tahini with künar.
In the past, birtik was better and the portion was larger. But still beautiful..
The best mince pita in Aydın is here. I say this as a person who has tried most of the ones in Yenipazar, Karacasu and the city center. It's so delicious! I drive a total of an hour just for this place.
