Located on the outskirts of Paço do Lumiar, next to a gas station and before the turnoff that leads to Val Paraiso and Fox, the Vale Verde restaurant is a place where acceptable food is served. The pot roast served there is very tender, the rice is made with pork lard (very tasty) and the beans and other side dishes were all just right and well made. The service needs to improve due to the lack of attention from a waitress because on the day I went I asked the price of the dish made and it was hot and then said that I was going to have lunch at the place and the waitress ordered it to be packed for travel, something which can even be tolerated but the restaurant should be more careful about it. I ended up taking it to go and at another time I'm going to have lunch there AND I HOPE THIS WAITRESS DOESN'T GET MESSED UP AGAIN... The price is between 20 for a ready-made dish and 22 reais for warm, fried yellow hake 25. Reais (two pieces) and other side dishes .. that's it, I'll be there again soon.
