Chipotle Mexican Grill - Avondale

I have tried repeatedly at this particular location, but they continue to disappoint me. Why are they so stingy with the rice? Whether I place my order online or go in person, I always request extra rice because if I don’t, I end up with a barely filled bowl. After my last order, I reached my breaking point. I called ahead and politely asked them to ensure the bowl was filled to a reasonable level, and they assured me they would take care of it. However, when my order arrived, it was just as lacking as ever. The employees and the manager are friendly, but this is not an issue that I, or anyone else, should have to deal with.

I really hope I don?t forget not to come back to this chipotle. It?s so dirty and my food was not ready on time. Last time I was here they didn?t have half of the menu available. I need to remember to go to the one in Glendale by the stadium. The Glendale location is on point! Food is always ready on time and amazing!

Tables were dirty. Ordered a kids build your own, asked for greens rather than tortilla, girl was very stingy when it came to the greens. I said no to the rice so she gave me two sides of beans. Not what I wanted. I did get it corrected however.

I placed a mobile order for a kids’ meal chicken quesadilla, but I received it without any cheese, and the chicken was on the side instead of inside. Additionally, the side of fruit I ordered was missing, and they forgot to include the drink I had purchased. On top of that, I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes beyond the expected completion time. I’m really frustrated because I ended up paying for something I can’t eat, and I didn’t receive everything I ordered. Customer support has been unhelpful, and all I want is a refund or a complimentary remake since it’s already late in the day. Overall, the customer service I experienced was mediocre at best.

I have been to many Chipotle?s and have never been dissatisfied with the food. They have been pretty much the same across the board. This one however was not good! Rice was not cooked properly and tasted like plain white rice. Green salsa was completely different. Had big chunks of onion and tasted like it was missing ingredients. Barbacoa was super fatty. Guacamole tasted like overripe avacodos and was not seasoned well. Will not return to this Chipotle!!
