Pizza Hut - Avon Park

The Pizza Hut in Avon Park, FL, perfectly prepared my order and had it ready on time when I arrived. Excellent job!

I find it quite frustrating that after ordering just one pizza along with a dinner box, my total came to over $50. After adding a $5 tip, it ended up being nearly $60, and I live less than a mile from the restaurant. On top of that, I am irritated that Pizza Hut has become more expensive than it seems worth. When my order arrived, my 2-liter soda and dipping sauce were both missing, as if no one cares whether customers receive their complete orders. The driver did come back with my 2-liter Pepsi, but when I took it out of the bag, I noticed about a quarter of the bottle was already gone. Is anyone paying attention, or does Pizza Hut simply charge premium prices while customers have to settle for whatever they get? I still didn't receive the sauce I had paid extra for. Having worked at Pizza Hut as a teenager, I remember how the procedures were back then. Pizza Hut has always been my go-to for pizza, but after this experience, I'm unsure if I want to risk ordering from them again. It feels like there's a blatant disregard for the customer, who not only supports Pizza Hut but also tipped the driver $10 for just a five-minute drive. At this rate, it seems like everyone else is benefiting except me.

My food is always fresh even when being delivered. It comes in a timely matter with great customer service. I've been a customer over 8 years now. No complaints
