I recently had the worst experience at a Dunkin' restaurant. The staff seemed completely unaware of what good customer service entails, almost like a child unfamiliar with the concept. It felt like the team lacked proper training and understanding, which unfortunately made for a disappointing visit. To top it off, the manager appeared to be absent and uninvolved in the operations. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. The server got my drink order wrong three times and nearly messed up my donuts as well. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for just one drink and six donuts. In the end, I left with a different drink and my donuts.
