The Dogg House Grill - Avon Lake

Terrible experience! I tried reaching out to the owner multiple times but never received a callback. I was bothered by another guest and the cook as well. The cook allows her friends to walk straight into the kitchen and help themselves to food! Additionally, there's a guy who comes by to sell drugs to several workers and customers.

After work, I stopped by to pick up some wings to take home. Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes for my order. When I informed the barmaid about the delay, she did nothing to address the situation. I then took the initiative to peek into the kitchen and politely asked the cook how much longer it would be. He responded with a dirty look and eventually brought out my wings a few minutes later. To my surprise, he threatened me by saying, "Don't ever talk to me like that again!" before returning to the kitchen. I believe this individual should be let go for threatening a customer.

We visited the restaurant to catch a live band, but it was incredibly crowded. We waited quite a while—about 20 minutes—just to place our drink order, while others who came in after us were served before us. I understand it was a busy night, but a bit more organization and an additional bartender would have definitely improved the experience. The drinks we finally ordered were good and reasonably priced. However, we decided to leave after the first set because the performance didn’t meet our expectations.

The pizza keeps getting better and better...you can tell they keep improving on their flavor and that's a good thing. The boneless chicken coating cannot be be beat. Order it and find out!
