Contribuiți la feedbackWe have to go, cream cheese competitions, pigs drunk noodles and beef singapur noodles. the storms were terrible, they looked a week old and had almost no filling. the noodles were both good, nothing we would come back for, but not bad. they needed better sauces, but we are well cooked. the service was very good and fast, but I think it is overpriced for what they get
Passing through town for a few days, we were conflicted reading the reviews but also super craving Chinese food China Garden didn't disappoint! We've lived in both New York/NJ area and LA mostly and know there are regional differences to American Chinese food. Nonetheless this Colorado Chinese food hit the spot! The egg rolls were crisp with a nice sweet dipping sauce provided, the Wonton soup was hearty and the dumplings were nice (closer to an LA then NY dumpling, as in thinner, but still really good). My wife got the Kung Pao chicken and that was quite nice, she said it tasted just like at any of the places on either coast. My sesame chicken I felt lacked a bit of the sauce that usually comes on it that I like to throw into the side of rice and have rub off, it was definitely different than what I was used to on either coast but it was still good.Overall if you're looking to hit your Chinese food craving China Garden is recommended!
Sometimes americanized Chinese is not everyone's cup if tea, but we gave it a shot because it was close. We ordered lemon chicken and general tso's chicken.General Tso's chicken wasn't really spicy, it was more sweet like Sweet and Sour chicken. Yhe chunks were cut kind of funny. Long and skinny vs chunks like we've had in every other place that has served Chinese, but at least they were battered better than the lemon chicken and somewhat tender. The lemon chicken was not very good. The chicken was battered in a crispy breading and the pieces were very thin and hard, almost like they were over cooked/fried imagine the scene at the dinner table of Christmas Vacation where everyone is gnawing on the turkey.I hoped it would have been different. Attaching photos for other folks reference.Probably wouldn't go here again unless they change it up. It could have been much tastier for $16 a meal.
The woman who gave us our food was so kind to us! She made sure we had a great experience! The food was delicious! I highly recommend this place!! Especially if you are staying at the Sheraton Mountain Vista right next door!
Red/yellow curry was fantastic. The chicken was good. The pad Thai was gross. Not your normal pad Thai and had some very unpleasant seasoning. Service was quick and friendly.
