It is quite bad when you wait there to serve and yes, the people were in the drive-thru and they turn the lights on them not even disturb their order

Love the food, especially the chili cheese dogs. Been coming to this dairy Queen all my life, love coming back to it when I get home. Very nostalgic!

Drive through is always packed, and you can barely hear through static when they repeat your order. This ended up in us getting the wrong thing. Other than that...
