Fat Cats - Avila Beach

This was my second visit, and I was not disappointed. The wait was brief, and since we chose to sit outside, the staff quickly set up umbrellas for us. We sampled the crab cakes, and our breakfast orders were fantastic. We'll definitely return during our trips to San Luis Obispo. Additionally, the staff was wonderful, especially an older gentleman who came around to clear tables and chatted with customers, making our experience even more enjoyable. He genuinely engaged with everyone.

Fat Catz is one of our favorite places to have a late breakfast! Anytime we our in Avila/ Pismo area! The food never disappoints! But this time we had a lot of wait time. Waiting for the food and the bill. But hey, when we get to get away from work and responsibilities we are not in any hurry. Especially, when sitting in such a lovely spot! The bus guys were awesome in tending to our needs so that was cool! Made up for the wait time!

Great place to grab a quick bite! Seafood Philly was awesome and service was spot on! Great experience and prices reasonable!

My husband and I were wrapping up a two-week pre-retirement RV trip and decided to stop in Avila Beach because we could park right by the ocean. We wanted to have dinner, but it was raining, so we couldn't sit on the patio with our dog. We ordered some burgers to go, and they were absolutely delicious! We enjoyed our meal while watching the waves through the front window. Thank you, Fat Cats Cafe!

The wait for breakfast was definitely worth it. We tried some of the specials, and they did not disappoint. The staff was excellent, and we had some good laughs together. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you!
