Just exceptional. I would never have imagined finding such a chic and refined place in the street of the republic. The restaurant would deserve a star by its unique setting and the exceptional character of its cuisine. And the couple who leads this case, she of Peruvian origin and him of provencal origin, deserves a kindness star. The subtle combination of both is always successful, like the small touch of olive oil in an oyster ceviche. Unique.

A nice evening in this beautiful art decor room. Superb plates with lightness and taste, subtly lifted by Peruvian spices. The welcome was very pleasant and warm.
