Hidden gem in the heart of Umbria! The place was really cozy, subtle and homey atmosphere. The service was top notch. The focaccia pizzas dough was perfect with a wide variety of options, all absolutely delicious. The pastas are hand made in the restaurant and all heavenly, better than any fancy restaurant. We had different dishes and they all exceeded our expectations including the desserts specially the ice cream which is made by the chef. We came back in a different day in the morning just to try the croissants and all the pastries which are made to a very high standard, they are really flaky and buttery, freshly made every single morning, these were the best we had eaten before. The chef really put all his heart in all dishes and all the ingredients used are local produce and organic. Excellent value for money. All in one, one of our best culinary experiences and the best we had on our entire trip. Most definitely coming back.

The reviews are true the pizzas here are wonderful the artisan dough and toppings are great. We visited on a Tuesday when the restaurant is closed but the Pizzeria is still open. Still lots of choice, great service and amazing value.

Ambiente conviviale con ottime materie prime cotte con cura. sublimi scumbag così come antipasti e secondo. non abbiamo mangiato il primo. tutti accompagnati da una buona lista di vini e la cortesia del personale di sale. giudizio molto positivo.

Siamo arrivati a questo ristorante per caso e abbiamo trovato un posto oltre ogni aspettativa. personale molto cortese e una cucina di formaggio rivisitata assolutamente notevole. l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e la qualità e la preparazione del cibo ci hanno conquistato, spingendomi a rivedere questo posto. Vai così!
