Hermitage - AVIGLIANA

We weren't in the hotel, but we had dinner here on a mild summer night. It was just perfect from the moment we sat on the terrace overlooking the lake. The menu was small, which is always a good sign, but... understandable enough to contain fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. We started with thinly sliced porcini on parmesh baskets, which was absolutely delicious, then I had agnolotti, perfectly al dente served with a light sauce and my husband a steak with pepper sauce, served with some of the best roast potatoes I tried in a while. It was too good not to try the desserts, which are sometimes the weakest point of the meal, but both the classic Tiramisu and the Mandarin jelly and almond crumbs were of the highest quality, also served perfectly glued in a glass with the plate to not slip and accompanied by a creamy fig sorbet. We drank a light, slightly fizzy red wine that perfectly accompanied every plate. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. One of the best meals I had in a while in a fantastic location. I enjoyed enormous and would definitely recommend.

Last minute we found this beautiful place with a fantastic terrace and had served a very pleasant dinner by two charming staff. Very recommended! Scallops were a special recommendation....and the steak was perfect..

Amazing restaurant with amazing food, great views, helpful staff, we had an incredible time there and the food was amazing, fantastic flavors, fantastic food, a hidden jewel in the lake. Pass You are not this restaurant it is simply amazing I have no words to describe... it. It's beautiful. Thank you.

This is a high quality device that serves an excellent selection of foods to satisfy any taste. I enjoyed all the many dishes that were served, although I thought my King Prawns were a little overdue. The cleverly dressed staff was well trained...(silver service), polite, friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers an excellent view over the lake.

I enjoyed enormously and would definitely recommend.
