Placed orderat 6:20pm on Thursday and waited for almost 45 minutes for sandwiches. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Exceptional Service and Lightning Fast!My experience at Jimmy John's was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I placed my order to the time I took my first bite, everything was seamless and incredibly fast.The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my order was exactly as I wanted. The sandwich itself was fresh, delicious, and made with quality ingredients. What truly stood out was the speed at which they prepared my meal true to their word, they're freaky fast! I highly recommend Jimmy John's to anyone looking for a quick, satisfying meal without compromising on quality or service. 5 stars all the way!

The last 3 times we have ordered have been terrible. First 2 times we did delivery which we knew would probably take a little bit longer since it seems like every is short staffed, but we didn’t think it would be over an hour and over an hour and a half. So this last time ordered for pick up and almost every sandwich there’s was something wrong. And on top of that it’s a good thing I got there over 15 minutes earlier than when it said my order would be ready because it was already done and on the counter, which is great that it was ready quick, but if I would have waiting until the email told me too my sandwichs would have been sitting there getting soggy and gross. And the employees just started at me when I got there, no greeting or anything. It was the most uncomfortable food pick up I’ve ever done. I just don’t understand how this location is still in business. I will make the drive to any other one from now on.

I would have put zero stars but that's not an option. Twice now that I've used inver grove heights online service to order food, my credit card has been hacked. Management does not care and won't do anything. First time I was hacked was because I couldn't afford to leave a tip on my card, this time was because they completely messed up my order and I requested a refund. Ridiculous and unacceptable. I wouldn't use inver grove heights jimmy johns unless you have money for one of their employers to steal.
