If i could give zero stars, I would. We went in with the family on 12/3 at 10:30pm. 5 associates. No one greeted us, one sitting on the counter with cell phone. Another went to the back without helping us. I had to speak up for one of them toacknowledge us. The one I asked for help, asked someone else to help us 4 times. One heavy set female was inappropriatelydressed. I asked all 3 if they have a particular flavor and got ignored. Never again!

I enjoyed a delightful coffee cheesecake milkshake that was infused with coconut and marshmallows. It was served in a cup coated with fudge and finished off with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a brownie on top! All thanks to Beyonca for this amazing treat!

The ice cream is amazing! However, the ambiance could use some improvement, and the staff service is lacking. Definitely recommend the vanilla and brownie flavors!

I inquired whether the cake batter ice cream contained eggs due to my 3-year-old's egg allergy (they typically refer to a large book of allergen information), and the woman working today responded with, "Does it look like I make it?" It was quite snarky. My sister asked for one scoop of lemon sorbet and one scoop of cookie dough, and instead, they mixed them together, which I found unappealing. Additionally, there was hair embedded in it. This was very disappointing, especially since we love coming here for my son.

I?ve cream tastes great but the customer service is horrible, about 10 people working no one welcomes you, everyone have attitude and the girl who took my order made a comment about what I choose and said ?go figure? then proceed to talk about meand my friend to the cashier. If you don?t like working here find a new job ??????????? They handed my ice cream to me rudelyand almost made me drop my cup.
