Pizza Hut - Avenel

14" Supreme Pizza was good overall. Just wish the crust had more seasoning or flavor.

Never or from this place! order a pizza for delivery and wait for almost one and a half hours think driver might be late or something like this beca it showed on tracking that the pizza is for delivery, but to my surprise when I called the place twice, first they have not even answered the call after the call the person on the call says that they can not have a driver again now when I order. they do not even have the courtesy to give a call if they receive an online delivery order and let the customers know that it cannot be delivered from this reason, which would have been much better, so at least I would have an order with dominos that have drivers. Nevertheless, the customer service and franchise should be ashamed of giving them the property and not taking any action against this type of employment problems.

Pizza Hut happens to be my favorite pizza place. So, it's with a heavy heart that I say this. The PH in Avenel sucks!! My first issue is that when you call to order, you are sent to a call center. No one knows exactly where you are calling, but the several times that I have called, I get a person with a heavy accent that you can't understand or they don't understand you!! My last 3 orders were wrong. You should be able to call the store directly.2ndly, they use DoorDash which in itself is not an issue. The issue is that PH waits to have several delivery orders ready before sending DoorDash a message to pick up. Which means you are going to receive a cold pizza. The pizzas sit there until they have enough pizza to be delivered. PH needs to do something different if they are going to keep their customers. My last order took almost 2 hours to get delivered and the pizza was cold!! My pizza arrived at 1050pm?

I think it's better than the other one on RT 9, because it's a lot less oily. The pies may be a bit smaller but looks like a pepperoni pizza. The pizza hut on RT 9 it's like by the time you get home with it? Your car seats are all saturated with the oil? I'm not kidding either. This one, I was shocked to not have oil dripping all over my car.One thing for sure? It's a lot smaller, and cleaner to. I think I'll be getting my pizza from this place instead of the other place. I hope this helps you decide.

Awful service. 2.5 hours ago we placed an order. Delivery estimate was 35 minutes. After an hour, we called and they said they’d send a new one. 2.5 hours later still no order. I call and explain the situation no apology- but rather am told they are busy (which is understandable) but after 2.5 hours I just want a refund since myOrder is still not on the way. I’m told I can’t have a refund because they’re short staffed (unsure how that’s relevant to a refund). I said it was unacceptable to keep people’s money and not deliver an order. I very nicely asked to speak to a manager. Then was hung up on. So now I have no order and no refund.
