The food is of good quality and fairly priced. However, the shop is always very busy, so be prepared for unanswered phone calls. It's better to visit the shop in person to place your order.

Not just Essex, not England, not even Great Britain—this place is the best in the world! You young chefs are incredibly talented at creating the most delicious and freshest food imaginable! We love dining here, and the service is outstanding! For top-notch Chinese cuisine, this is the place to be in our neighborhood! A huge thanks to them for their dedication to providing immaculate and incredibly tasty dishes along with excellent service! It's a shame I can only give it a 5-star rating!

The food was very tasty and affordable. However, the staff were quite unhelpful and abrupt, lacking basic politeness like saying "please" or "thank you." The portions were generous. I've dined here several times while staying at a nearby hotel. It's best not to expect friendly service; just enjoy the great food, which is among the best I've had in England.
