Golfinho - Aveiro

Golfinho Bar doesn't look like much from the outside. It's located on a small side street in the charming city of Aveiro, and it isn't mentioned in the travel guides. But the locals know that it is the place to go for bargain beverages and a warm welcome, and a completely authentic experience. It's a family run bar, and Fatima, who works about hours on the light days, is ready to welcome you with a smile and the most reasonably priced adult beverage you can find in Europe. Fatima is great. Golfinho is great. Forget the tour books and head down the side street and experience Aveiro at its most authentic.

It doesn't look much from the street, but the service is fast and friendly; the beer is cold and the food is good and well priced. Spot on!
