We were staying at the hotel this restaurant is connected to. Came here on a Saturday at 1:30pm which is supposedly their opening time. Waited around until 2pm but they never opened. I called around 4:30pm to see if they were open since we wanted to have dinner back at the hotel. They said yes they were open and they closed at 7:00pm that day. When we got there at 5:30pm they were closed for the day with no plans to reopen. Very annoying.
Elizabet is a terrible server with a horrendous attitude. I came to visit on a Monday at around 2:30pm and she was the worst. There was only one party so they weren't busy at all; I had questions regarding whether or not I could take my food items to the pool area and was met with nothing but dirty looks and snarky answers. Apart from the terrible service, the michelada she made was made so carelessly and tasted as such.
Not worth the trip up the hill. Too basic of a menu for dinner. Basic food. No real ambiance. It's is more of a clubhouse feel within a basic hotel set in the mountain of the island. I had the tuna melt the tuna fish salad was flavorful and a good consistency; the fries were done perfectly. Felt more like a club house kind of meal than a restaurant dinner. My husband had the Caesar salad with salmon. Again, basic. Salmon was thin and a little crispy (not quite burnt but bordering that). We were content with the meal but it didn't give me a reason to want to return.
Horrible, burned black onion rings, burned fried shrimp, burned taco shells. The waitress was sweet and made our happy hour drinks, this was the only positive. The inedible items were removed from the bill. Don't bother eating here.
