Subway - Autauga County

They had a bunch of online orders that were coming through,as well as several people coming in house to order, and the four staff members were all working together in such an awesome way! They were smiling and singing! I absolutely loved the energy!!! ??

Food was good and crew was fast is the only reason it wasn't a one star. I came today because I had a coupon for a footlong meal at $8.99. I wanted to save some money versus eating elsewhere. It wasn't until after I paid that I realized the amount was very wrong. They charged me $12.93! So I told them the coupon said $8.99 and they said we gave you 10% off the drink because we aren't supposed to take coupons. That's really dumb and they could have told me that when I handed them the coupon. This really made me mad. It's fine I just won't be back to this location.

Did a large carryout. Servers had everything ready and bagged. Everything was packaged so there was little to do for the company(12)

Please don't go to this Subway it has a bad fly problem. They allow the flies to touch people sandwiches especially if it's a door dash order and they still wrap it up. I told the manager and she ignored me and continued allow the flies to sit there flip her hand and wrapped them. One of the employees had a Nasty Attitude and I was just explaining what was going on

The staff was friendly and very quick and efficient.
