Burger King - Autauga County

Had a coupon for family bundle. Was told could not accept in drive thru so I went inside. Only one in line and was ignored. Finally took my order. But he didn't know how to ring it up. Got my order which turned out to be wrong. Service here has really gone down.

Worst service I’ve ever had wasn’t offered a receipt employees very rude didn’t get my sauce for the chicken fries and no seasoning on my fries at all terrible experience will never go back

King of all Burger Kings Excellent Whopper Experience

They've screwed my order up twice in the last week. Shame, it used to be the good BK

Drive thru staff were very nice but I ordered a Double Whopper and received a Single one. Also ordered 2 Jr Whoppers with Cheese and they were very good which is the only reason I gave them a 3 on the food!!
