I came in for lunch a little while ago, and it was always a great meal. They really know how to cook fish!

Thursday night 6:30pm. Three things stood out from my experience.1. The older person who took my order was rude to a point just shy of hostile. She seemed angry that I was even ordering food.2. Someone needs to explain to three ladies working there that face masks only work if they cover your face. All three had them hanging down their ears with mouth and nose fully exposed for the full 20 minutes or so I was waiting for my food. The younger staff all seemed to keep their masks on at least.3. Portion size for $40 was fine. However chips were soggy and undercooked. Asked for no viniger, got viniger.Just moved to the area and will be finding another shop. Also closing at 7:30 on a Thursday seems crazy. And having three staff members eating in the ally next to the shop swearing loudly at each other is not a good look.Edited to say that after reading some other recent reviews, I’m convinced the owners are leaving fake reviews or they paid for bots.

-1 *I think they re-heated yesterdays food up in the microwave! Yeah na not nice at all!

Best fish and chips around. Burgers were on the menu tonight and was not disappointed.

The fish is enjoyable, though a bit greasy, but the chips are undercooked.
