Dunkin' - Austintown

This dunkin and the one on Salt springs road by Route 80 are the best dunkin donuts in the area. This dunkin is always busy in morning/afternoon and the employees do a amazing job to fill orders. The drinks, food and donuts are always fresh and delicious.They always make my drinks to my liking.

Good coffee and donuts, if you like that kinda thing.

I am a regular for the most part at this dunkin and when I go here in the early afternoon and get my latte sometimes it is made properly, but if this one particular girl is working at the time it is totally wrong, this has happened to me atleast 5 timesand not exaggerating, but anyways they end up giving me iced coffee instead of my iced latte. But if I would give the night crewa rating they would get five stars I never have a problem with them and they always get my coffee right the first time. Thegirls on night shift definitely know what they're doing and it's not that hard to make coffee.?????

Once again.....my Door Dash driver is waiting for 30 mins because they only cater to drive through.... I literally just walked in and NOT ONE PERSON at the counter. Corporate is gonna hear about this. The Manager and all staff need fired.
