Winflo Osteria - Austin

We liked the place, our food and felt very happy to stop in the LAST night, they are open for business. Our entrees were excellent and the Italian lemon cream cake was amazing! Too bad they've closed now.

Overall, this was a good experience... Server began very attentive, and as the place for busier, it became harder and harder to find. Eating was very good...damaging aromas and well executed. It was our first trip here, and sadly to hear that it will be our last as they close tomorrow for good.

Hostess was so unpleasant that I write a review about OpenTable. When customers come to spend money that expects the restaurant to be ready for customers and hostess not to be so negative that your guests who invited you point out. I will probably avoid this place unless nothing else is available.

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait more than 30 minutes for a table. To make matters worse, they had run out of one of the dishes we were looking forward to, which we could have gotten if we were seated on time. The food was decent, but the poor service at the beginning really tainted the whole experience. I would not recommend this restaurant.

We were impressed with our first trip to Winflo. The menu had something for everyone: vegetarian, paleo meat enthusiasts and kids (pizza! The happy hour offerings added to this dinner for five to make it a great value. Anthony was a very friendly and attentive waiter. We're looking forward to coming back in the summer with our dog, since the outdoor patio is dog friendly!
