Whataburger - Austin

I hope that was a aberration, because today was one of the worst fast food food. The staff told us to go forward, and they would take the meal straight away. After 20 minutes, I turned and knocked on the window. Apparently they forgot we were there. It wasn't like they were busy. In 20 minutes, only 2 other cars went through. When I checked our order, the food was naturally cold. There were no vegetables on one of the burgers. Fortunately, the pages were right. Given that there is a 50% chance to correct this by good luck, I must assume that this was the case here. Except, not so fast, we got a 4 onion rings a piece. We ordered big ones. I could continue with the aloof, adjoin the rude behavior of the staff, but I think the point is made. I have Whataburger quite often. That's what it never experienced. The only way to fail at any level of food service in such spectacular way is to try. I hope that was a aberration.

Not cool Whataburger. I go here about 3 times a week, due to being close to my job. This time the taquito was bad. Tortilla wasn’t crispy, I opened it and it was mostly dried up sausage, barely any egg and smelled horrible.

2 because it wasnt that great and they gave me fries when i asked for onion rings. Patty melt wasnt as great as other whataburgers and the fries were cold, at least give me warm fries if you get it wrong.

Came in at 10am. Alyssa taking our order crushed it. Amanda (the manager I think) was super delightful. You could tell she really cares about her job and the service here.Fastest I 've ever gotten food at a Whataburger. We just moved to this neighborhood, and will be making this our Whataburger of choice in the future.My wife told me to say that the Hashbrown Sticks are the most underrated breakfast food item on the menu. Tell your staff this is the best Whataburger experience I 've had in years.

Always takes FOREVER. Don’t come to this location if you need food fast. There was only one other car in front of me when I pulled up. It took awhile to get someone to take my order. Asked for a chicken salad, no bacon with a sweet tea. Paid. Pulled up to park behind the other car that was already waiting. After waiting 13 minutes, someone comes out to ask for my receipt, I guess they lost my order and needed to see what I got. I reminded him, no bacon. Guy who ordered after me got their order. After sitting for 15 minutes total I finally get my BACON COVERED SALAD. Yayyyy. If I wasn’t so hungry I would’ve returned it but whatever. I’ll just complain here and warn you all that this kitchen is always flipped upside down no matter what time of day it is. You’ll get your food faster if you drive to the next whataburger.
