Contribuiți la feedbackI hope that was a aberration, because today was one of the worst fast food food. The staff told us to go forward, and they would take the meal straight away. After 20 minutes, I turned and knocked on the window. Apparently they forgot we were there. It wasn't like they were busy. In 20 minutes, only 2 other cars went through. When I checked our order, the food was naturally cold. There were no vegetables on one of the burgers. Fortunately, the pages were right. Given that there is a 50% chance to correct this by good luck, I must assume that this was the case here. Except, not so fast, we got a 4 onion rings a piece. We ordered big ones. I could continue with the aloof, adjoin the rude behavior of the staff, but I think the point is made. I have Whataburger quite often. That's what it never experienced. The only way to fail at any level of food service in such spectacular way is to try. I hope that was a aberration.
It took over 30 minutes to receive my burger, and I noticed several other customers had the same issue. It seems the staff prioritized online orders over in-person dining, which isn’t ideal. The manager doesn’t appear to have a good grasp on how to manage priorities effectively. I would rate this experience zero stars if possible; unfortunately, I have to give it one.
I waited nine minutes for a small fry and a small drink at the B-Lanenfahrt drive-thru. It's absolutely ridiculous. Lunch usually goes quickly, but this time was frustrating, especially considering it was supposed to be a quick stop. There was no apology for the long wait, even though cars behind me received larger orders before I did. I guess this place is only fast during lunch hours.
This is the fifth consecutive time my drive-thru order has been incorrect. The most recent instance occurred today when I ordered a meal for myself and a chicken sandwich for someone else. Unfortunately, I failed to check my order before leaving, and I discovered that the chicken sandwich was missing only after I had driven away. I urge all customers to verify their orders before leaving, as you’ve already paid, but that doesn’t guarantee you’ll receive what you ordered. As for the manager of this location, please ensure that your employees are properly trained to fulfill the orders placed by drive-thru customers. For the love of all that is good, please provide that training!
Not cool Whataburger. I go here about 3 times a week, due to being close to my job. This time the taquito was bad. Tortilla wasn’t crispy, I opened it and it was mostly dried up sausage, barely any egg and smelled horrible.
