Thundercloud Subs - Austin

The subs at ThunderCloud are always the most satisfying of any major chain. This location keeps that expectation alive. Keep in mind that while the sandwiches at this location are fantastic, there is a staff member here that is not. Other than him, you'll love your meal and experience.

The sandwiches are very good get the California sub it's delicious! If it's your first time there think of it like subway but waaaay better. Food is fresh and always good try the soups too definitely worth it.

I've been a fan of Thundercloud for decades. Many other sandwich shops have come and gone, but Thundercloud remains a staple. They offer a great variety of fresh meats, vegetables, and custom-made sandwiches that are both delicious and reasonably priced. The staff, no matter which location you visit, are always engaging and occasionally a bit quirky. However, their passion for their jobs shines through, and they know how to whip up a fantastic sub sandwich. One of my favorites is the New York Italian with double meat. Adding extra meat to nearly any sub still makes it more affordable than regular sandwiches at other chain shops.
