Thundercloud Subs - Austin

Our sandwich was delicious. I ordered the bratbeef avocado, and my partner got their favorite, the truthahn ham. Both were so good that we were very hungry. It was a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area. The only downside was that one of the staff members assisting another customer was very loud and laughing, causing the person who helped us to have a hard time focusing on our order. It was rude of her to act so immature with teenagers.

I just had to give a shoutout to someone who works here. After a horrible experience at another restaurant, I decided to give this place a try. I called and mentioned the stress I had from my previous order. The person who answered, Kathryn, was an absolute angel. She apologized and was so kind while taking my order. It wasn't even her location, but she made my experience so much better. When I went to pick up my order and tried to pay, she told me it was on the house. I was completely surprised and tried to refuse, but she insisted. Kathryn was the nicest person I've encountered in a long time. This just goes to show that a little empathy can truly make someone's day. Thank you, Kathryn! You are amazing and deserve all the happiness in the world. P.S. Please give her a raise!

The staff is extremely friendly and my food is always served promptly when I place my order. They always attend to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Probably the Best sandwich ive had in austin by far

Our sandwich was yummy. I order the roast beef avocado. My husband got his favorite the turkey ham and both were so goodbir ww were so hungry LOL...it was kind of pricey by it was worth it. Defently Wil be visiting them soon when we are in the area. The only thing we didn't like was that one of the ladies that was helping another customer was so loud laughing and talking that the lady that was helping us could barely heard our order..it was so rude of her to be acting childish with the teen customers.
