The Happy Grilled Cheese - Austin

Grilled cheese had fantastic taste, but incredibly fat and easy soggy. could be less here. the tomaten soup was a disappointment watery/milky without real consistency or taste. fine to dive, but not as a separate suppe.

In town from Dallas, and we stumbled upon this place! Best grilled cheese I have ever had. Great service too! If you like grilled cheese it would be a crime to not visit this place!!!! 10/10 Recommend

The Apple Swiss Melt hit the spot!! I had just gotten from a concert at the Scoot Inn around 12:30 and it was definitely the right choice!! It was a little greasy but I’m not complaining

Amazing gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. I tried the “OMG”. It had 3 cheeses, mac n cheese, bacon, and 2 fried mozzarella cheese sticks on it! Amazing and very filling!

There hasn't ever been a time a grilled cheese doesn't hit the spot, but this place has taken that feeling of comfort and elevated it to the next level! We passed by this food truck on Saturday night and asked how late they'd be open, til 1am. We returned at 12:15am and it honestly is one of the best late night snacks I've had in a while. They tell you to find seating in the Violet Crown where they are parked in front of and they bring your food to you via a marker on the table. There were so many delicious sounding options, the only problem I had was which one to choose.
