This was a gorgeous place with amazing, thoughtful food, drinks, and staff. We went on a rainy Sunday afternoon. We made reservations. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The ambiance and setting was breathtaking and peaceful. All the food had many different tastes and textures. You could tell someone thought about every bite. The drinks had the same thought out into them. The staff were excited to share their knowledge and proud of their food. It was a lovely experience.

This place is amazing! Great staff and atmosphere. The menu is delicious and the drinks are perfect!

We came here this past weekend with friends for dinner, and if you 've been to any of the new and hip restaurants in Austin, then you 've been to this one. Ultra modern decor? Check. New American menu with the same kinds of items that you see everywhere else? Check. Detached service that can 't explain what a certain ingredient is? Overpriced cocktails? Check. Gliteratti? Check. Bada-bing bada-boom, you 've got yourself an ATX restaurant, folks! The recipe really works if you follow it.The reason why we 're giving this place two stars instead of the three it really deserves, however, is because the host gave us expired valet tickets from the day before. This caused a nightmare in the already nightmare-ish parking deck across the way. Thanks for nothing!The potato chips with french onion dip are fine--nothing you couldn 't find at your foodie friends super bowl party. The whipped feta was too sweet, and the bread it was served in looked like it was filched from a nursing home. The strip steak we split was BONE DRY and the accompanying fries were stumpy. We will give props to the green salad, which was delicious and interesting. The flourless chocolate cake was oddly textured, but the white chocolate ice cream was good. The cookie butter ice cream is essentially frozen biscoff.So, yeah, if you 're, like, really into going to trendy places and drinking cloying and overpriced cocktails while eating mediocre food, then this is your spot. We had a nice time with friends, which at the end of the day is what matters most, but we have no need or desire to come here again.
