Starbucks - Austin

I had an amazing experience at the JW Marriott Austin! The checkout process was quick and efficient, and our car was brought to us in pristine condition. I want to give a special shoutout to Adam—he was exceptionally kind and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend this place!

This is a lovely, well-maintained hotel. The lobby bar is beautiful and a nice spot to relax. I enjoyed a massage at the spa, and both the pool area and the bar/restaurant are fantastic. The staff is incredibly helpful, especially INGRIDA PAGLIARO, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and clear in her explanations. She definitely deserves a raise!

We enjoyed an extended stay at this conveniently located hotel in Austin. Our room was clean and well-equipped, and the housekeeping service was both attentive and dependable. We loved the rooftop pool and found the area particularly nice, especially the nearby river, which is oddly referred to as a lake. Additionally, there are plenty of great dining options in the vicinity; the Fareground Food Hall across the street was especially convenient.

JW Marriott Austin is a beautiful hotel with stunning views of the city and excellent customer service. One of the hotel representatives, Anas, was so thoughtful to send chocolate dipped strawberries with a beautiful handwritten birthday card to our daughter after finding out that it was her special day. He really went beyond and beyond to make sure that our stay was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!
