Rosita's Al Pastor - Austin

I absolutely love their tacos al pastor! You have to try the ones from their taco trailer. I highly recommend it; even though the tacos from the restaurant are good too, there's something about the trailer version that makes them taste even better. I really enjoy their green salsa and fresh corn tortillas. No one makes al pastor quite like they do. I've been going there since I was a baby and could eat solid food!

I visited this place for breakfast tacos after seeing a video claiming they had the best, and I was not disappointed. Since the food truck was closed when I arrived around 9 AM, they kindly directed me to the restaurant, which I definitely recommend if you have the time. I ordered the al pastor and sausage and egg tacos based on my server’s suggestions, and both were fantastic. The ingredients were fresh, and I appreciated that the tortillas were made in-house. While the pork in the al pastor wasn’t as tender as I had hoped, the flavors were still excellent. It was an affordable meal, and overall, I had a great experience. I give it 4.5 stars.

I only stopped here because at 3pm the line was wrapped around the truck: came to investigate.<br/ <br/ Enjoyed the delicious Torta Cubana: fresh bread, fresh ingredients, nice meats.

Good food. Quick service. Well worth the effort to find.

Fantastic breakfast and al pastor tacos. The best I've had so far in Austin.
