Second, I'll go in to pick up my order, it's not done yet, so I'll pay it in front while I wait for my order. I pay and sit so I can wait for my order. You have this screen that has the name of people and the readiness times, so you know if your order is ready. Well, I'm waiting for them to bring my order or call me in the counter when my order is finished, and I noticed that I waited for 30 minutes. You said it was supposed to happen in 15 minutes when I called in my order. So I go to the screen to check if my name is on the screen, and it's not!! So the two girls who work there are just in the register gossiping. I'm going up and asking if they can check my order because I've been waiting for a long time and my name isn't even on the screen. One of them goes and checked. Well, my order was ready all the time. No one came to me with my order, nor called me to the counter when it was done. It sat in the warmer all the time unfresh and hard. I'm going home with cold old pizza and cold hard cinnamon. Bad customer service and the worst pizza I ever had. Pizzahütte used to be my favorite. Nice to say, no more.

Any other pizza hat staff who is competent knows that you can put half of the one sauce on a pizza. So I ask if you change the bread sticks on cheese sticks, I will pay the difference when I get there. “We CaNt AcCePt a CaSh PaYmEnT aFtEr YoUVe AlReAdY PaID wItH aPPlE PaY.”Super annoying unbearable bad customer service skills.

After some DoorDasher ran off with my food (ordered through Pizza Hut’s website), it was a headache dealing with both DoorDash and Pizza Hut corporate, who were more concerned with pointing fingers at each other than helping me get a refund or getting my order remade.Thankfully, Vera from Pizza Hut Riverside was able to quickly resolve my issue in less than 5 minutes, which was a breath of relief after DoorDash and Pizza Hut wasted 40+ minutes of my time on the phone.TL;DR:When it comes to customer service,Pizza Hut corporate: 1/10 (who had the audacity of trying to “compensate” me by giving me a voucher for only one of my items instead of refunding my entire order)Door Dash: 2/10 (only because they were at least apologetic about losing my food)DoorDasher that stole my food: -10000/10This store: 10/10
