Ordered the beef hot pot special. Came with beef brisket, shank, stomach, meatballs, intestine, slices of flank, vegetables with tofu, and your choice of rice or egg noodles. They give you this tangy (sriracha mayo? sauce that pairs perfectly with all the beef items. The soup base was a richer pho broth that contained bonus pork bones at the bottom. The beef intestine was filled with what seemed like bone marrow which allowed it to absorb the soup and hold more flavor. Quality beef ingredients. Feeds 2-4 people or a filling meal for two with leftovers. Most diners had this hot pot on their tables on Saturday night. Might want to call ahead to order to avoid a long wait time.

I would have rather had bland food than the terrible meal we just experienced; it was almost inedible and felt like a complete waste of money.

This place has very authentic Vietnamese noodles other than pho. Generous amount of food. Service is great, too!

I tried the beef hotpot here, and I absolutely loved it. The fresh-cut beef, tendon, tripe, meatballs, and intestine were all infused with rich flavors in the boiling chili broth. The rice noodles that accompanied the hotpot were garnished with crispy garlic and garlic oil, adding extra flavor. The portion size is more than enough to serve three people.
