Parisian Crepes - Austin

The owner of the food truck was super nice. Also the nutty-nutty crepe is AMAZING!!! It has almonds, Nutella, and fruit on top of a perfectly cooked crepe. I wish I had taken a picture, but I devoured it quickly!

Roger (the owner main chef) is the man. Very friendly personable guy. He puts his heart into the food he makes! The pesky chicken is the only thing I get! It's sooooooooooo good. Great prices too. Definitely one of my favorite places to go to grab some good healthy delicious food.

Love this place! Will frequent this place ! I'm so happy that I decided to give it a try! Food truck food is typically nothing short of amazing! (Not to say bad food trucks don't exist) their service was excellent , there was a wait ahead of us and they let us know food came out sooner than expected wait time so that was great! Prices are fair $5-9 range for their crepes but they're super filling and delicious so it's totally justifiable! Parking is a bit of pain though, it gets packed easily and it's a very small lot and parking is limited on the side of the road so plan accordingly if you are coming in a big group. I had the here piggy piggy and the nutty and omg! The crepe itself is perfectly made somehow fluffy yet thin, they use the same style crepe for sweet and savory so I hope you don't mind the sweet flavor in your savory food. I prefer it that way so I do not mind at all. Let the food speak for itself and try it yourself! I promise you won't regret it !

These crepes are more like crepesedillas in terms of girth. They are enormous and delicious. I 've had the pesty chicken, Chipotle shroom, parisina, and nutty nutty. I haven 't been disappointed in the slightest. The chicken is moist and tender, and the flavors go together perfectly. 10/10 would recommend.

I really wish I had taken a picture of our Dulce de Leche and Nutty Nutty crepes because they looked amazing, but I devoured them too quickly! They tasted just as delicious, if not better, than they appeared. The owner is also very friendly and considerate.
