Panda Express - Austin

No orange chicken. No Teriyaki chicken. Had no ice over a month. What a terrible restaurant. Save the trouble and go somewhere else. That's the abused Panda I've ever had.

Rice and orange chicken were raw. They taste as if they were all heated instead of cooking them properly.

I was here three times to eat now and had only bad experiences every time. On Saturday night they were from all chicken dishes and ICE at 730. How do you run out of ice? Every time I'm here, they're from Entrées. Food: 1/5

I had one of the worst experiences at this point today 10/28/22. I order online to get my food quickly because I'm at work. I went in to pick up my food at 2:10 and out of the conformation recipe I got on my email, says my order would be ready at 3:00. The lady who worked the cashier said she didn't see my order and then I asked a manager to see what's going on. The manager requested that the online system is late to wait for my order to them and for me while they go see what's going on. At this time it is 2:20pm to I have not yet received my order. 3 min goes past one I see the manager go to the pick-up switch and check the same bag the cashier, said here, it's right here. So the whole time I was up, telling the lies of your manager that my food was only there for at least 20min. Then I wonder if I can get the district manager or a higher contract information. I was told by a manager that she could not give any contact information to the complaint.

I always get 4-5 small pieces of chicken in the bowls. I even tried putting in the notes to please give at least a 50-50 ratio and today I got two actual pieces of chicken with the rest being the bread around it. So that was 40 minutes of waiting for a bowl of rice.
