Mcdonald's - Austin

I arrived at 12:40, just 20 minutes before the restaurant closed at 1 o'clock. The staff seemed lazy and uninterested, possibly under the influence of something. Their service was subpar - they ignored us for 15 minutes while we waited to be seated, only to mime that the restaurant was closed after another 10 minutes of waiting. This establishment clearly has some serious issues with their service. It's a shame to see the minimum wage being wasted on employees who don't seem interested in working.

This McDonald's location is one of the worst I have ever been to. The service is extremely slow. Even when I was in the Czech Republic, the service was not as slow as this. It's a shame that the staff here are not efficient.

I pulled up to the Drive-Thru speaker as the second car in line. The car in front of me moved forward and I approached the window. I was greeted with only a brief mention that it would be a few minutes, without a simple "hello." Two more cars pulled up behind me in line and they continued to take the first car's order. Then they asked me to wait another minute before finally taking my order. I have always found this place to have decent food, but they never seem to get the temperature right, no matter how long it takes in the drive-thru. This experience has convinced me that I will never return here. I had hoped that new staff would make a difference, but unfortunately, it did not. Stay away.

It took more than 45 minutes to get my order in the drive-thru, so I tried to call and ask if they were open. even after the confirmation it took 25 minutes to come to me (I was the only person in the line), and was shown by a worker.

The drive is terrible. Just one man to take the orders and this poor one was at his best and did mistakes due to too many people talking to him at the same time ...I know working there is not easy, but they are not ready for the rush hour... 3 items missing for one order of 4 meals. But they were very compliant to give them after claim, not that easy to claim it at a drive full thought.
