Great staff, never had an issue with my food. Ordering at 2 AM is available as cash

Absolutely horrible service. Made me wait outside for my food and NEVER came. I didn’t even get a refund.

Waited 15 minutes in line for a hash brown in a cup of coffee. Mind you there is only two cars ahead of me and they couldn’t even have the coffee ready had to drive off.

I placed my order at the drive-thru, but they made mistakes and forgot to include my ice cream and drinks. I had to go back to the restaurant to get them.

This McDonald's location is extremely disorganized. The staff in the back appears to be having a good time, but they rarely come to check the front counter, leaving customers waiting for long periods of time. I witnessed someone waiting in the drive-thru overflow parking for 20 minutes, only to find out that their food had been forgotten. I had to call into the back in order to get someone to bring me ketchup packets. Additionally, there are no self-serve soda machines or condiments, and no napkins available, making it difficult for customers to help themselves. Overall, this store is a total mess and poorly managed.
