Mcdonald's - Austin

It's just regular mcdonalds except that late at night they don't seem to have many people working since it took about 25 minutes for me to order my food, get it, and leave. The drive thru was so slow I imagine it was one guy doing many different tasks and I feel for him.

I hate this Walmart. Straight up! Their business practices are atrocious. They're downright rude and disrespectful and don't care a bit about the customers.

Got a quarter pounder with cheese. They didn’t put any lettuce on it and it was cold. Pretty sure quarter pounders come with lettuce but what do I know lol also my fries were half full. The coke was good though and the employees were friendly enough

At the risk of sounding like a little piggy, is this how much is in a McDonald's sundae? I felt a bit cheated at over $2 each. I would of asked the manager if it was a proper portion but I think it was the manager that prepared the ice cream treats. I was also not impressed by her customer service skills. I know being busy. I understand having many task, all of which need to be done at that exact moment. On top of all the other need to be done things, I believe it is very important to greet someone as soon as you see them, even if... especially if you are not able to service them right away.
