Mcdonald's - Austin

I entered the restaurant and was directed to order from the kiosk, but I prefer to order from a person. So, one of the staff members came and helped me place my order. I ordered my usual dish and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was cheaper than I expected. They mentioned that they gave me a special "old timer rate". Overall, the ordering process went smoothly. Personally, I don't like using machines to order food or anything else. I believe businesses are replacing jobs with machines, like the self-checkout at Walmart. I prefer to be served by a person rather than using a machine or doing it myself.

I must say, this is the top McDonald's I have ever visited. The food is always hot and the coffee drinks are made perfectly. The staff, especially the ladies, are fantastic and do an amazing job.
