Madam Mam's Thai Cuisine, North At Anderson Ln

I ordered the spring rolls with tofu and was let down by what I received. The rolls were filled with a lot of romaine lettuce and lacked the sprouts and basil that I typically expect. I also ordered the pineapple fried rice with tofu because the menu indicated it wasn't a spicy dish. Our food came out quickly, but to my surprise, the dish was actually quite spicy. I decided not to say anything, as I was already feeling frustrated with the service quality and didn't want to prolong our visit further. I certainly won’t be returning to this location, but I might consider trying a different one and being more proactive in asking questions instead of taking the menu descriptions at face value. On a positive note, the restaurant appeared clean, especially for a Friday lunch hour, and the bathroom was tidy and well-stocked.

I visited this restaurant for the first time on a hot May afternoon and had no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed atmosphere and soothing ambiance. I ordered the Garee yellow curry, and I was thrilled by its rich flavor. The Thai Tea I had was also a perfect complement, helping to cool me down from both the outdoor heat and the spiciness of the curry. I can't wait to return and explore more options on the menu!

The entire restaurant had an unpleasant smell reminiscent of a restroom. We were seated and left waiting for 20 minutes without any attention from the staff. It was evident that they were under-staffed and not very courteous. Given the overall vibe, I have no doubt that the food would have been disappointing as well. It was quite off-putting.

No matter how much I spend at this restaurant they always give me a hard time and charge me extra for delivery if I add lime and cilatnrto but if I dine in or pick up they don't charge me. This restaurant has been my favorite for pad Thai but I've had so many issues. Its a lime and cilantro and it's supposed to come with pad Thai. Please stop doing this to me I am a good customer I order all the time and it's 21.00 for a 13 dollar dish all I want is a lime and cilantro that's it and normal pad Thai comes with garnish and I even take off the bean sprouts wich save money! Please stop!

The pad Thai is awful. Absolutely awful. It taste like spicy cheap tomato sauce on Thai noodles. They accidentally add tofu to my order and the tofu taste bad as well. Truly worst pad Thai ever. And the spring rolls were so soggy. The papaya salad is okayy.
